How to pair Bluetooth Headset/Headphones with your Windows 7 PC
In order to use bluetooth wireless headset, your PC must has bluetooth integrated, either internal bluetooth card or USB bluetooth Dongle.

After you connected the dongle with your PC, windows will install drivers automatically (make sure your PC connected to internet):

Upon driver installed, an icon will apear on status bar, bluetooth is active on your PC now:

Now we go to control panel and click on 'Hardware and Sound' then click on 'Add a Bluetooth Device':

New we need to make sure your bluetooth headset is under pairing mode(turn headset on and hold the power button don't release, until the led light flashing red/blue).
Then the device will be found be windows, double click to pair it up:



During pairing windows may install some other drivers for your bluetooth dongle so keep your network connected.
Final step, if you still can't hear anything from your headset, we need to set your audio device to bluetooth manually, click 'Manage audeo devices':

Select bluetooth headset from the list, or just set it as default:
