Royal Mail Special Delivery - upto 2kg.

This option is guaranteed to be delivered next working day after despatch. If not, we can claim back the cost of postage and refund to you - please contact us if you require us to file a claim. The service is insured upto £ 500 normally but more insurance can be added. If you choose this service and your order is over £ 500, Justop.com will cover the cost of the extra insurance for peace of mind. All tracking details for this service are supplied upon despatch of your order.

We can ship items by international express courier, shipping cost starts from 25GBP.

Shipping costs above £ 20

If your shipping cost is above £ 20 then your order will be despatched via DHL or FEDEX. This is because your order is over 2kg in weight and does not qualify for the Royal Mail shipping options. This also means the shipping will be insured to the value of the order.

If you have a large order, please contact us first and we will gladly try to help out to lower the shipping cost as the order is of a high value - this is similar to the free shipping option for orders over £ 150, we can allow small discounts on your shipping fee iif you order is over this amount.
