You must follow these instructions for us to process your return smoothly.

2. We aim to answer your query within 24 hrs from the time it was sent, and supply you with a returns reference number and/or full information about what you should do next.
3. Customers will be asked to pay for the return postage themselves. All returns MUST be a signed for delivery service with full shipping insurance. Justop.com will not be liable for goods which may be lost or damaged in transit on there return path. We reserve the right to decline goods which are not sent by an insured and safe delivery service resulting in the parcel arriving back with you.

Any goods which are not returned to this address will not be accepted resulting in the parcel arriving back with you. This will only slow down your Returns Claim.
